How can I schedule my party?

You may book your party online or you may call us directly at 817-741-5590 to schedule.

Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a party spot?

50 % of your party package is due at booking to reserve your date and is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason after the party is booked. In the unlikely event the client should cancel their event, for any reason whatsoever, at any point after booking the venue, and making payment, all payments are nonrefundable. When you reserve a party, we turn other clients away that wanted to hold their party with us on that day and time. By proceeding with booking your party, you understand there are no refunds should you change your mind later.

What if I need to cancel my party due to COVID?

You are booking your event during the global COVID-19 pandemic and understand the risks associated with planning an event during this time. In the event Tarrant County is under a government mandatory “Stay at Home Order” when your event is scheduled to occur, Celebration Party and Event Center will allow the client to reschedule their event within 6 months of the original date. The reschedule penalty fee will be waived and all payments will transfer to this new date. Please note, Celebration Party and Event Center will not be providing refunds during a pandemic but will be allowing the client to reschedule their event to a new date and waiving the rescheduling penalty fees and required timeframes. This is only applicable if Tarrant County is under a government mandated “Stay at Home Order.” This is not applicable if the client changes their mind about holding their event during the pandemic, the client’s family does not want the event held during the pandemic, family members are unable to travel due to the pandemic, guests are not able to attend due to COVID exposure, or any other reason except a government mandated “Stay at Home Order.”

What does semi-private mean?

Semi-private means that you will have your own private party room to enjoy food, drinks, and cake and will share the play area. With a semi-private party you are limited to 40 guests (including adults and children). If you chose to upgrade to a private party you may have up to 100 guests.

Does private party mean we will have the whole facility for our party?

Yes, we will be closed to the public during your party and you will have the whole play area and party room for your guests to enjoy.

How early should I book my party?

We recommend booking your party 2-3 months in advance in order to book your ideal time slot. Weekend time slots fill up early. If you attempt to book online and your time slot is not available give us a call at 817-741-5590 and we can check for a similar party time that might fit your needs.

What if I must reschedule or cancel my party?

50 % of your party package is due at booking to reserve your date and is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason after the party is booked. In the unlikely event the client should cancel their event, for any reason whatsoever, at any point after booking the venue, and making payments, all payments are nonrefundable. If a date change is requested by the client more than 30 days prior to the originally scheduled date for the event there is an $100 fee to switch dates. The event date will not be changed to a new date until the $100 fee has been paid in full. The date may not be changed more than once. Date changes will not be authorized if the event is scheduled to occur within the 30-day window.

How many tables and chairs will I have for my party?

You will have six tables with six chairs each for seating as well as two tables for food and cake in the party room. We have additional seating through-out the play area as well.

What does the party coordinator do during the party?

The party coordinator will assist you in setting up for your party, will check guests in when they arrive, direct your guests to your party room, will clean up after your party, and will be on-site to make sure the bathrooms are clean and facility remains safe. If there is anything specific you would like extra help with please just speak with your party coordinator as our goal is to make your party a wonderful experience.

How early can I arrive to set up for my party?

Your rental period starts at the time you reserved when booking, but we can allow entry to set up approximately 15 minutes prior to your event’s start time. Please note, this is not a guarantee but will be provided when possible.

Can we bring/serve alcohol?

A TABC bartender is required to serve all alcohol during your event. A TABC bartender is $35 per hour. If you would like to hire the bartender to serve your alcohol then you may have alcohol during your event.

Are my guests required to complete a waiver to attend my party?

Yes, all guests must complete a waiver before they can enter the party area. You can have them complete the waiver online or they can complete the waiver once they arrive for your party. Please note, waivers are active for one (1) calendar year from the date it is signed.

Do children have to take off their shoes?

No, children and adults do not have to take off their shoes. We request that socks be worn if shoes are off.

What ages are appropriate?

Celebration is appropriate for a wide range. Many early walkers enjoy our toddler toys and our older children enjoy the air hockey and ping pong. We have tried to create an environment that entertains the whole family.

Can we bring outside food?

Yes, you may bring outside food. We also sell snacks and drinks that can be purchased during your play time. You are allowed to bring outside food to your party if you choose to do so. We have a list of food items you may add on to your party package.

Do you host field trips?

Yes, we schedule field trips and play date groups Monday through Friday in the mornings and afternoons. Please see Field Trip page for more details.

Can we drop off our kids?

We are not a drop off facility. We encourage parents, grandparents, and caregivers to have some fun with their children or they are welcome to sit back and relax. We provide tables and benches for parents and we do have free Wi-Fi for parents to work while their kids play. We also have free coffee for parents to enjoy.

Should I tip my Party Host?

We do not automatically add gratuity to your party. Any gratuity that you would like to give the party host that is helping with your party is appreciated. You may add gratuity via credit or cash at the conclusion of your party and this goes 100% to the party host.
